Stop thinking and just breathe because this too shall pass. How often do we miss the beauty unfolding right before us in this moment because we are elsewhere in our heads living our own, "what if's". The way this little toucan hopped around with glee in his enclosure giving his opinion to all other toucans, I was made to pause and smile.
