Black Forest Cake was my favorite cake as a child. It is one of the most delicious cakes ever.The rich creamy texture, the fluffy cake with the chocolate shavings and the yum cream. It always tasted like heaven in a bite.
The cherry on the top however has been another story. i hated cherries back then but I had convinced myself that for a wholesome experience of taste I need to learn to like the cherries too.Why? I don’t know. So from tolerating the fruit to actually enjoying the fruit has been a cake walk for me ( if I may say so)
