My husband makes the most amazing avocado toast. The first time (some 10 years ago) he made them I had my doubts, but the moment my teeth sunk into that yummy goodness all doubts were dispelled.
That year another fun Christmas tradition took root ‘avocado toast’. Over the years pancakes and hot chocolate were added to our breakfast table but Avocado toast still holds its place of honor.
