All Dressed Up

The rich colors and the way this gorgeous bird is perched up all set to deal with the business of the day reminds me of the age old saying, dress up and show up! Life throws plenty of curve balls at us, my mantra through rough waters is, if I get up and dress up I'll feel much better.
Dressing up doesn't change the situation that shows up however it changes how we show up for those situations.
